Terms of Service

Our services

Northstar Studio designs and builds websites for businesses. The exact scope, pages, features and timeline are agreed in a written quote before work begins.

Pricing and payment

Prices are one-time project prices, with no monthly fees from us unless agreed. Domain, hosting and paid plugins or licences are billed at cost. Unless the quote says otherwise, 50% is paid to start and 50% before launch.

Client content

You provide your logo, text, photos and other material, and confirm you have the right to use them. Delays in content or feedback can move the delivery date.

Revisions

Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed on the pricing page. Extra changes can be quoted separately.

Ownership

After full payment, you own the final website files and design delivered for your project. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Support

We provide the free support period stated in your package for fixing issues in our work. Later changes and maintenance are quoted separately.

Cancellation and refunds

If you cancel after work has started, payments for completed work are not refundable. Any refund terms will be agreed in writing in your quote.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to deliver high-quality work. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or for problems caused by third-party services outside our control.
